didn't see Injury and Rehab section so not sure if I am posting this in the correct section. just wanted to share that I just got a Cortisone and Triamcinolone shot. the doc assistance said my right shoulder joint is showing signs of bone degeneration and calcium buildup, he recommended and MRI and a surgery to scrape/clean up the area. most likely I'll end up doing it but thought i'll give a less invasive method a try. will keep you posted.

^^^ I have no idea what the post is about!

update and some questions, first WOW, the cortisone is awesome, not only relieved the shoulder pain but my entire body! however been having allergy attacks, getting hives allover. called my doc and he prescribed medication for it. my questions are,

1. just the fact my whole body feels like brand new does it mean I have inflammation on my entire body?
2. I read hives are some of the rare sides from cortisone, can this be the case here? I was drinking two glasses of soy milk a day, not sure if soy has this side, but stop 2 days ago and still get the hives.
