* In terms of range its kind of broad but I usually like the estradiol between 20-50 pg/mL, that's what I tell patients, I rarely see someone symptomatic under 50 pg/mL, when it goes above 50 pg/mL I start discussing with them about risk and benefit of AI, I start at a very low dose of AI or change the modality, I don't like seeing it on the lab that it says less than 20 pg/mL because I start getting concerned especially long-term
