Confused About Trimix Composition

what is the difference in a mixture of 20:30:1 versus 60:30:3. wife got the last script and didn't get amount i should use vs. the first script.

The most common mixture is called Triple Mix 30/1/10. It delivers in each 1 ml;

PAPAVERINE (vasodilator drug) 30 MG
PHENTOLAMINE (vasodilator drug) 1 MG
ALPROSTADIL (alpha-adrenergic receptor antagonist) 10 MCG

Yours is 20/30/1 which seems strange to me. What compounding pharmacy did you use? Can you post a picture of the vial label?

Actual perscription. Alprostadil:60 Papaverine:30 Phentolamine:3 My old script was Prostaglandin:20 Papaverine:30 Phentolamine:1. i don't want to mention any drs. or labs, not trying to cause problems. Just trying to determine how much i should inject. The old 30:20:1 i used .6ml. But the new script is 60:30:3. Would appreciate any help
