Hello all, new member but have been reading on here for a while.

I have been on and off Testosterone for the last year and now realize for me to have a good quality of life, I need to stick to it.

My most recent labs are from Quest labs.

Total T 271 (Reference Range: 250-1100 ng/dL)

E2/Estradiol 30 ( Reference Range: < OR = 39 pg/mL

PSA 0.7 Reference Range: < OR = 4.0 ng/mL

THYROID PANEL WITH TSH FINAL

T3 UPTAKE (3050-2) 32 Reference Range: 22-35 % FINAL
T4 (THYROXINE), TOTAL (3026-2) 7.5 Reference Range: 4.9-10.5 mcg/dL FINAL
FREE T4 INDEX (T7) (32215-6) 2.4 Reference Range: 1.4-3.8 FINAL
TSH (3016-3) 0.93 Reference Range: 0.40-4.50 mIU/L

Here is the kicker. Doctor has prescribed testosterone cypionate injections Monday and Thursday, 50 IU thru insulin needle.

20 IU's HCG every day

1mg pill Arimidex every other day which seems way high??

How long before I should see some improvement in my mood/ lethargy

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
