Cloned in generic Cialis?

I recently heard on a Joe Rogan podcast an interview with mixed martial artist Jon Jones that he tested positive for clinic after taking a generic Cialis medication. They said that this frequently happens with some foreign compounding pharmacies. He swears he did not take Clomid and sounded very believable. Does anyone know what might be in these products decide what's supposed to be there? I found a whole discussion pretty interesting.

Jon Jones shouldn't need Cialis at his age and condition. He has to pick something to say he took to have got it in his system. When he gets paid millions I don't see him buying from foreign compounding pharmacies. If he did it's his fault for taking that risk.
