Currently taking clomiphene 50 mg eod. Most recent t levels were 822 (range 300-1080) but my Estradiol is 52.8 (range <=60) which is closer to the high end as well. Should I take a lower dose (25 mg eod) or should I use an AI? Currently a 27 year old male with hypogondiasm and ED. Still experiencing ED issues despite medication. Any suggestions?

it's possible to feel same as low T on clomid having normal hormonal levels.. some people don't feel different on clomid despite higher T levels proved by labwork. You have 3 options
1. give it more time
2. live without any medication
3. start TRT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
