Hello All!

After some disastrous results due to bad guidance from my urologist (tele-medicine) - I am quitting TRT/HCG after 12 weeks. My testosterone was over 1,400 , estrogen over 100, and other blood markers were dangerously off.

This same doctor is wanting me to do 50mg Clomid every day as well as a .5 Anastrazole each week. Does this seem like an acceptable PCT protocol or should I lower my Clomid dosage?

12.5mg would be a better option IMO.
Major estrogen problems with 50 mg a day.
But honestly though, doesn't sound like this doc is going to be much help to you.......
When you get bloods drawn, make sure you're getting the sensitive estrogen test as well (LCMS).

Do you also recommend an AI at this dose of Clomid?

Need to see labs and where your e2 is currently.
I believe most guys on Clomid need some sort of AI.
How are you feeling as of now?
Are you symptomatic in any way and if so what specifically?

I had some blood work yesterday, so I will have results soon. I don't feel quite right. I am still pretty emotional, developing gyno, and fatigued. I feel a little better today, but the high doses or TRT have really messed me up. I also have an appt with a cardiologist coming up based on some concerns from an EKG. I hope the TRT did not affect my heart in anyway.
