Ive been on 5mg Cialis for a couple years for BHP. I want to get a better pump in the gym and BR and 5 and 10 mg does nothing. Should I go higher? Even 50 Sildenefil is not working. Any recommendations?

Cialis and Viagra require iron to work. When my ferritin/iron levels plummeted, Cialis lost its effects/benefits.

A recent blood donation would do it if ferritin dropped enough.

If your nitric oxide levels are low, these ED drugs cannot work.

Yep I would just up to your dose until you get to the proper amount you need for it to work.

Still caught up on that more T is better mentality I see!

Look where 150mg T once-weekly had your trough FT.

Your peak levels are going to be absurdly high.

Yet you jacked your dose up further.

Setting yourself up for failure getting stuck on that donating blood merry-go-round!

Pay close attention to post #132.

It's not your ferritin!

The dose prescribed when using daily tadalafil is 2.5-5 mg and 5mg would be more in the norm.

Some men may end up going higher 10 mg daily but it is far from common and would be overkill for most.

Look over the PK.

PK? sorry what is that. I did see the L citrulline and L Arginine recommendation. And as far as my TRT dose of 200mg. thats what my Doc recommended. My level is high end of range 1100. Is that bad? I thought it was optimal

Pharmacokinetics.

200 mg T/week is overkill for most.

A surefire way to drive up your hematocrit due to high/very high trough FT.

If you are hitting a very high trough (7 days post-injection) TT 1100 ng/dL then your trough FT will be high even if you had highish SHBG.

Your peak TT, FT, and estradiol will be much higher.

Forget getting caught up on just the TT you need to be more concerned with where your trough FT sits on such protocol.

Iron testing is notoriously inaccurate. Eat food with iron in it, iron increases and testing will show normal iron.

Ferritin doesn't lie, you're iron deficient.

Get your ferritin up and Cialis will start working again.

Blood donations to manage hematocrit is a fool's errand, it's not a long term solution because your levels rise again within a few weeks, leaving you with low ferritin. You trade one problem and replace it with another.

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot!

Ditto.

This is a good iron supplement:

If you still have problems after iron is up, try L-citrulline and
L-Arginine.

Another thing to consider is that 200mg T-Cyp a week may be too much and may be causing difficult to notice edginess, which will cause problems with sexual performance. T-Cyp should be dosed to eliminate symptoms while still being relaxed.
