Cialis and Vision

I believe that one of the potential side-effects of Cialis is sudden loss of vision. My eye doctor, an opthalmologist, said that he had never seen a patient present with this (he is a member of a med school faculty), though he dies discuss it with patients taking the drug.

Has the forum seen many/any cases of this issue?

Hearing and eye problems (among others) are some of the neg side effects of PDE5i's...these are very rare events.

All drugs have neg side effects...even vitamin C has ned side effects.

Sure, what we consider "side effects" are just among the effects that a drug can have. I was simply interested in whether anyone here had encountered this particular one. Glad to know the answer supports my eye doctor's take on the issue.

There was one member years ago on another TRT board I moderated on had eye problems...BUT, he had existing eye condition prior to using a PDF5i.

Like I said, they are very rare events.

^^^ this is my understanding as well.

I can't swear to this 100%, but it seemed to me the two times I took Cialis (not the one for daily use, I haven't tried that one and don't know if there's a difference) my vision got a little blurry as well. I definitely had lower back pain, and a headache for sure the second time. But nothing that would be described as a "loss of vision". I wasn't even close to be concerned about going blind, not even temporarily.
