Thx Vince! I already read it. What I read also somewhere is that Choline can have a positive effect on ones hardness. If so I would like to include it my stack.

When you stay hardness, are you talking about increase blood flow to your muscles and penis?
 
Vince yes that is what I mean a harder boner lol. What I could read was more or less that Dopamin = libido and Choline = hardness. I haven´t heard before that Choline can have an effect on hardness maybe its not even correct. It seems even to increase libido in postmenaposal women.
I don´t want to info exactly where I read this and it is not a study just some comments from a member in another forum. Well I can say that the founder sadly died earlier this year. I think by that you migh know which forum I´m referring to.

I eat up to 6 jumbo eggs a day, the yolk's are a great source for Choline. So I guess if I supplemented with it I probably would not feel any benefit.

Years ago I supplemented with Choline and Pantothenic Acid (B5) because I had read numerous articles. I thought it would be good for overall penis health. I probably took them for about 6 months and I could not tell a difference. But, I have never had erection problems. Maybe if one does have erection issues it could help.

I would have to agree that sex starts in the brain. I know that when I make love I have to always use my brain to have a good sexual experience. I have it down so good I've never had any issues with having a good orgasm.
