I have spondylolisthesis in L5/S1. I can tell you that it does cause pain in the testes.... It also causes numbness and loss of feeling in other areas.

I had transient testicle pain, painful urination, pubic area / bladder pain. Had 5 office visits with a urologist, 8 weeks of antibiotics, and a CT scan that didn't show anything. Still wasn't getting better. Finally went to see a pelvic floor physical therapist. Things have much improved. Still not 100%, but it isn't disrupting life as before.
