Causes of low estradiol

I get where youre coming from, but normal men arent optimized. Higher T will cause higher E. My E is close to his and my T hovering around 1200 or so. I used to feel the same way until I began to experience nothing but goodness. And I look like a manly man with a blocky chest and slim waistline. Patience with my 6 yr old is much better too, with no mood swings or non of that female nonsense I hear some complain about. Im not the only one either. Oh and Im enjoying random boners that a man my age should not be experiencing. Sure there are days when I dont feel like mowing the lawn, but Im always ready to plow a nice piece of ass.

doesnt high E affect Your blood pressure though?

I get where you're coming from, but normal men aren't optimized. ...
But in a sense they are. There's this balance achieved by millions of years of evolution. It's not about optimizing a single parameter. Sure you may get big muscles with supraphysiological testosterone, but other things can get thrown out of whack: lipids, hematocrit, BP, sometimes even libido. In addition, hormones have U-shaped mortality curves. The observational studies may not firmly establish causality, but I'm not going to be the one testing those limits.

I hear ya. I check my BP, heart rate, and will be getting labs again soon. My libido is good, BP is on point, HR is stellar, dont argue with women, and Im not saying that everyone should do it. Im saying that there is nothing to fear. I simply inject my T and HCG and let it all do its thing. No mindfucking myself over it. As for muscles, Im not jacked, I look more like an underwear model with clear definition. Life is good. Been good for a while. I dont take supplements either. The U curve is something that I get but I think its cage. Also running about 1200 is not as supralicious, just top of the range.

I’m gonna try twice weekly of 50mg test plus hcg....will not use AI ...see what happens....thanks to all.....great hearing everybodys take on this...like everybody else, trying to find the sweet spot

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
