Body Fat %

I heard if you lower you're body fat especially in you're lower stomach area it can increase testosterone because there will be less estrogen in you're body. Does anyone know if lowering body fat will make any significant increase in testosterone or will it not even be noticeable?

I read that fat has the aromatase (sp?) enzyme which will convert T to E. So, a lower body fat will have less fat that can convert T to E which will be more T to use instead of it being wasted in conversion.

That used to be the "rule of thumb" but it has been pretty much disproven over the past few years. Of course there are always outliers on either side.
