Bloodwork after 25 days of clomid

With the goal of improving fertility and raising test levels, I was prescribed clomid with great results.
I was really happy with the results, but had to stop due to visual symptoms. I have my follow up with Dr. Saya next month, looking forward to our next step.

The first # was pre-clomid, the 2nd was 25 days into taking it. 25mg day, along with 25mg DHEA, and arimidex 2x a week.

Total test: 430 to 885 (Range 250-1100)
Free test: 74 to 155.1 (Range: 35-155.0) H
Estoridal: 43 to 34 (Range: 8-43)
Dhea: 191 to 265 (Range: 160 - 449)
FSH: 11.4 to 20.8 (Range: 1.5-12.4) H
LH: 5.2 to 9.4 (Range: 1.7 - 8.6) H

Did clomid make you feel better? What symptoms did it improve?

I ask because that is a bit of a questionable response to clomid. FSH was high before you started, and is really high after taking it. LH was mid range, but high range you had a decent output of testosterone. I'd be interested in what Dr saya says about whether you're primary or secondary.

Seems like either that clomid dose was too high, but I doubt dr saya would try it again as you had visual symptoms. So I'd guess TRT is your only option.

I may be wrong on this.

You have common pre treatment numbers. It seems that below 500 test is where a lot feel symtoms but your free test was good , e2 a little high.
You could probably try a lower dose. Some have taken as little as 12.5 3x a week and still gotten a good increase in lh

I definitely felt better.

I kept a detailed log of my day to day, and the biggest changes were morning wood came back (was all but non existent), better sense of well being, less lethargy/brain fog, and strangely actually felt more social. Weather some of that was placebo or not it was all for the best.

I also have Hashimotos thyroiditis (asymptomatic), as well as had a vericocele surgery last November, and was a pro-hormone user for years. So I feel like I'm a pretty complex case, but the Dr is taking all of that into account, something that my primary Doc and Urologist had no clue how to deal with.
