Im experiencing low libido and fatigue. Could these bloodtests be cause for the symptoms or is the problem likely elsewhere?
SHBG 99 nmol/l, ref range 18-54 nmol/l
free testosterone 369 pmol/l, ref range 220-800 pmol/l
total testosterone 40,7 nmol/l, ref range 9,2-31,8 nmol/l
estradiol 0,10 nmol/l, ref range 0-0,15 nmol/l
Thanks for answers, ask if you need more information.

Keep in mind that although TT is important to know FT is what truly matters here as it is the active unbound fraction of T responsible for the positive effects.
The only way to know where your FT truly sits would be testing it using the most accurate assay the gold standard Equilibrium Dialysis especially in cases of altered SHBG.
If you do not have access. to such which would be more common outside of the US then you will need to use/rely on the go to linear law-of-mass action Vermeulen (cFTV) which will give a good approximation.
Keep in mind it can overestimate slightly but this is not a given in every case.
No one should be using/relying on the known to be inaccurate direct immunoassay (RIA/CLIA).
You are hitting a very high natty TT 1173.9 ng/dL and with an absurdly high SHBG 99 nmol/L your FT 389 pmol/L or 10.6 ng/dL is still far from low but hovers just above what would be considered the grey zone 5-9 ng/dL where some men can experience symptoms of low-T.
FT <5 ng/dL would be considerd low.
FT 5-9 ng/dL would be considered the grey zone where some men may experience symptoms of low-T.
FT 10-15 ng/dL would be healthy.
FT 20-25 ng/dL would be high-end/high!
Even then not sure which testing method was used for free testosterone.
If we calculate your FT using the go to Vermeulen method and plug in your very high TT 1173.9 ng/dL, absurdly high SHBG 99 nmol/L and Albumin 4.3 g/dL (default) then your cFTV 12.9 ng/dL would be far from low and falls pretty much where a healthy young natty males cFTV 13-15 ng/dL would sit.
Your very high TT is inflated due to your absurdly high SHBG but even then your FT is not low.
Definitely a case where I would want to see your FT tested using the most accurate. assay the gold standard ED especially seeing as you have absurdly high SHBG.
If it truly was sitting at 10.6 ng/dL verified by the gold standard ED assay then it would still be considered healthy as most healthy natty young males would be hitting a FT 10-12 ng/dL.
Sit and dwell on that!
Think of all those overmedicated men on T-therapy gassed up on FT well beyond their natty genetic set-point and unfortunately many off them off the hop!
You can blame all those run of the mill T clinics, kiddie forums loaded with all those numbskulls, throw those blast n cruisers in there too and put the icing on the cake the cesspool of so called gurus polluting gootube!
Gotta love all those kiddie forums loaded with the brainwashed sheep still pushing that more T is better mentality dishing out piss poor advice!
So much misinformation littered on the net its...
