Have my yearly follow up next week and just got my blood work back. Current protocol is 58mg T EOD and .25mg on Anastrozole e3d's. Feel pretty good but wish sex drive was a tad higher.

When were these taken relative to injection and AI?

Everything looks pretty good except that E2 is fairly low. That will cause libido issues.

Looks like you're with Defy?

I almost certainly think you need to back off AI, I would if I were you, as low E2 is no fun. I imagine you're not experiencing many low E2 symptoms other than low libido.

IGF-1 is excellent, I imagine you're above 30 years old but below 50?

Most importantly, how do you feel, other than libido?

Blood was drawn right before my next injection and .25mg of Ai was taken the day before. Im 46 and i'm with defy out here in LA. No other issues besides the lower libido. maybe I'll try .25mg e4d. I took a blood test a couple years ago when my libido was off the hook and my e2 was 29 and t was around 1000.

1000 total and 29 E2 was natty?

Yeah, E2 is too low right now.

No, I've been on trt for about 3 years now...When I first started I was at a T level of 152

I agree on the E2. That's probably your culprit with libido. Let it come up a little bit and I bet you will see some improvement. Also, take a look at getting that Vitamin D up at least in the 70's. Tons of benefits come with adequate D3 levels, all which will just help enhance and bring balance to your protocol. 5,000iu /day for me, others take more. Talk to the doc.

Just a update from my last post. I'm continuing with my 58mg EOD and I backed off my .25mg Ai to every 3.5 days. Added 5000 iu of Vitamin D. Sex drive is off the hook and have been feeling really good over the last 2 weeks. Have not done blood work but I feel great. Morning wood is off the hook as well. I really think since Ive been doing the smaller doses more often has really helped.
