81 mg androgel daily. Two hours after application 400 total testosterone range (250-1100) 60 free (35-155). Following morning no application blood test total testosterone 223 free 40. Main complaint erectile dysfunction. Pde5 meds not working. Doctor agrees levels are low considering max dose of androgel but does nothing.

Firstly I think you need a new MD. A lot of us here use Defy, a site sponsor, they are very good. Call them. Perhaps you need injections?

I give up Ed started went to doctors found low t. Got on androgel. Improvement in everything but erections. However got a blood clot and now taken off trt. 38 year old male and sick of this. I’m done

You can take an anti clotting medication can't you with your TRT?

There is HCG as well, it can increase testosterone naturally. There is Clomid as well.
