I do HIIT 3x a weeks as well as regular steady state moderate cardio, SSB squatted 315 x 20 a couple weeks ago and generally think of myself as reasonably fit.
However my HR is always higher than I'd like, my BP resting was 110/68 as of a few minutes ago but my HR is always in the high 80s
When I do cardio it also takes forever to come back to normal
I'm not sure if I should be concerned about this, but I've been watching the Leo Rex videos where he says slowing the HR is essential for longevity. Is this a known issue with TRT? I'd never noticed before but I recently got a wrist fitness monitor
