Just took a CBC and am glad to see my HCT is in a safe range. Just noticing white blood cells are a bit low. Of course everything online leads to some kind of death sentence as the reasoning for it lol.

But they aren't THAT low. Anything to be concerned about here?

Just a few months ago, white blood cells were normal range for me

I would just get retested in a few weeks and decide from there where it really sits.

As far as your hemoglobin/hematocrit sure it is in range but it is still on the higher end and I would not necessarily say it is in a safe range.

Your blood is still thicker and do understand that even though one may not be experiencing side effects thicker blood is thicker blood and is a lot harder on ones cardiovascular/endothelial health.

No need to lose sleep over but if it was me I would try to aim for a mid-normal range.

Be sure to keep an eye on your ferritin as if you are donating too frequently to try and lower hemo/hemato than you can easily run into having low iron.

Do you get enough iron through dietary sources especially heme iron from (red meat/liver) or do you take supplemental iron?

Are you on trt and what is your protocol (dose/injection) frequency?

Thanks for the response man

I'm actually 5000 feet above sea level living up here in the mountains, so my HCT will be a little higher. It was at 53 before and I was able to lower my dose to bring it down to this range. I think if I were down from the mountains it would be a lot lower.

Admittedly my diet hasnt been as good and consistent as it can be. Been so busy with building these businesses that I've been slacking on diet a bit. My diet consists of essentially daily eggs (nutrients and some protein) , kim chi (gut health), Spinach smoothie (if I get around to it.) and junk food snacks. In comparison to how my diet normally is, this is garbage and lacking a lot. So I'm going to get my shit together and retest in a few weeks.

    Protocol is 12.5mg daily

My diet NORMALLY consists of the optimal balance of all nutrients both micro and macro. Because I calculate everything. So I know how to eat properly, let's see if by actually eating properly again my white blood cells go back to normal
