Man, you really need a Dr who knows what they are doing. What you are going through plus attempting to self manage under your Dr's radar are ridiculous.
What are your high E2 symptoms? If you are not symptomatic for low E2, there is NO REASON to start the AI. Some docs will treat the number with no consideration for actual symptoms, and these are the ones who commonly crash their patient's estrogen.
There is nothing wrong with your E2 with Total T that high.
If you reduce your T dose, E should follow. Estrogen is made by converting testosterone. The T comes first in this production line. Lower, the T, the E2 will follow. There can be exceptions due to other factors, but starting an AI when there are no symptoms and without lowering T dosage is stupid.
