anybody got high anxiety/panic on losartan?
taking 25mg for a week now (asked for switch to telmisartan)
on day 5 or so - felt awful. doom/gloom sort of. had to take some tramadol to calm it.
stopped drug, and today is much better.
reading on reviews that some people have it? i start to question the use of most BP meds. they all do seem have some nasty s/x

I have extreme dehydration on any dose of Losartan.

I never heard of Losartan causing anxiety. I would consider seeing a cardiologist if I were you.

interesting. there is tons of negative reviews on drugs.com people having the exact same symptoms most reporting bad anxiety. my last EKG was normal and I also have a calcium score scan which is 0.
it started for me with cramps and muscle pain then heart racing and finally sort of a panic attack.....
i think the only BP med left for me at this point is clonidine which i don't want to take daily. will try with higher doses citruline/cardio/diet

I stopped Jardiance 24th of Dec due to long term dehydration that tricked me into thinking I need more vitamin D (18,000 daily ->A1C 6.4), hematocrit dropped 4% and now have normal CBC for the first time in years!

A1C went up a little after switching to a normal vitamin D dosage.

Anything that makes me urinate more than normal always ends badly!
