Any one know anything about b 12. Mine was 1190. Range 180-914. I take orange triad. Has660 mcg/ 6 tabs. I tale 3 twice a day. 3 the night before. None day of labs. Didn’t know how much my multi vit. Can effect the labs.

Elevated. Could be a warning flag of issues. Don’t see doc for a week

No, your levels are okay. Vitamin B12 is a water soluble vitamin. The excess is easily passed out of the body, unlike fat soluble vitamins.
