Are they talking about strokes in people who DO NOT have high hematocrit?
Because my understanding is that when TRT users let their hematocrit get high their blood thickens and that can raise blood pressure and thus cause strokes and heart attacks but if they donate blood regularly and thus keep their hematocrit low then their risk is nil or at least very highly unlikely.
