Aromatase inhibitors increase heart issues risk

Wondering how much I should be concerned if I need an ai and have stents.
Are the risks associated with really high dosing, much more than I would be on?

These studies are all of women taking theraputic doses of 1mg/day or more as part of their cancer treatment. Not directly applicable to us for a number of reasons.

The recommendation for men, here, from Nelson, and elsewhere, is to find the minimum effective dose that allows you to achieve your individual goals. That will be nowhere close to what the women in these studies are taking.
