I’m hoping one of the doctors will have some input regarding this. I’m currently using the 3mg compounded Cialis from Empower and really like it. There’s been some findings in the past regarding melanoma issues with the use of these drugs. Any input appreciated.
"I’m hoping one of the doctors will have some input regarding this." Why didn't you put this question in the ask a doctor forum instead of Basic T questions?
I have been on 5 mg Cialas for 8 months when I go off I can no longer get an erection at all.
I had mild ED before cialis and TRT did nothing for my ED only libido.
If you do a search, you will see a lot of discussion that the initial appearance of an association between Viagra –class drugs and melanoma does not appear to be causual. It is easy to think of an example of how this could be true since elevated insulin and blood sugar are risks for both cancer and ED, but that does not mean that an ED drug causes the cancer even though they could be correlated. You will also see evidence of a possible protective affect for both some cancers and cardiovascular disease. So the net affect seems to most likely be positive and that is not counting the numerous quality of life benefits.
