Am I a TRT Candidate?

Hi guys, 37 yo male

Over the last couple of years Ive lost interest in sex, had issues with "getting it up" and generally feeling a little low.. I lost a nut when I was 13 due to injury but was reassured that the other one would take care of business. Ive been toying with the idea of self prescribing TRT..I was on a SARM about 3 months ago and had a panel done.. My test went down to 7.06nmol/L (204ng/ml) possibly due to the SARM (LGD) I took.. I finished that and took pct for a month.
So now I'm in the same position as I was, low libido, and ed etc. So I decided to see what TRT would do. Went to my doc and had some base panels done by a private lab (medichecks). Below I have posted my results..

My initial thoughts were worry, as my PSA was elevated and prolactin, but then I read you shouldnt ejaculate 24hrs before (which i did), and also after some googling, they arent that high. But Prolactin may be a cause for my symptoms. Anyway, looking at my Total Test Im looking ok 546 Ng/dl, my free test is quite low, normal SHBG, and high prolactin. Do you think that these results would warrant TRT treatment or at least causation for the symptoms? I have underactive thyroid in the family history and Free T3 is borderline too.. Be great to see what you think. Sorry its written in British...But Im British so..

You might well be a candidate for TRT - low values for a man not yet 40, the loss of a testicle all point to hypogonadism...of some sort. Were other labs run, specifically LH and FSH? That would offer some insight into just how well your remaining testicle is functioning. Are you on other medications? Your sleep patterns, any chance of apnea? The SARM may be a challenge for your body, as well.

I would assume your body is having a hard time recovering from using SARM, it may take longer than 3 months or you may be interested in trying a restart.

Many of the problems were there before the SARM, but I'm sure it has exacerbated things, maybe with the PSA and prolactin. This has been going on for over 2 years, and Ive always had ED issues all my life, put it down to psychology and thought I was ok, but it came back 2 years ago and I havent had sex since, which is really starting to get me pretty low.

What do you think of my thyroid results? Hypothyroidism is in my family, I'm not experiencing many symptoms tho.
No other medications, I took regaine (minoxidil) for a while to assist beard growth, which I heard can knock some levels out, but that was 4-5 months ago..

I didnt know about the Mens clinic in Dorset maybe I can speak to the dr there..
