AI's Effect on DHT???

I know that AI block aromatase. Testosterone aromatases into DHT and estradiol. Do AI's lower DHT levels?

aromatase is only responsible for estradiol not for dht

No...............5- alpha reductase is the enzyme responsible for the conversion of testosterone to DHT not the aromatase enzyme so an AI will not lower DHT you would need a 5 alpha reductase inhibitor like finasteride or dutasteride.

Depending on your reasoning think twice before you purposely lower DHT as it also has many benefits.

I agree with everyone, it should have no effect on DHT.

If any effect, it should RAISE dht. Less T converting to e2 means more T available to convert to DHT. Not saying it actually does but in theory, it could raise DHT.
