Advice needed with blood tests

Finally I have my test results back so any comment would be welcomed.

My E seems ok but my private GP says my Testosterone is too high.

I take 250mg Sustanon/week, 3x 500mg HCG/week to prevent nuts atrophy and on the week before my test had taken 0.25mg Arimadex and 12.5mg Exemestane. I am thinking on cutting back the AI but is this advisable? My Results with ranges - Testosterone - 29.4 nmol/L (8.6 - 29), Sex Hormone Binding Globulin - 24 nmol/L (14.5 - 48.4) and Oestradoil - 82 pmol/L (28 - 156). I will have Free Testosterone results back soon. Without the AI I had ED problems and some large acne spots on my back. On the first week of taking the Arimadex 2x 0.25mg with 2 days between doses I had my ED 90% better. My spots are much better. My ED recovery has now regressed somewhat. What if anything could I do to help my ED apart from ED pills? My thoughts are that I am taking too much AI? Any advice would help me. Apart from the ED issue, I feel excellent and strong. In January this year I struggled to get up out of an armchair but I can bench press 50kg now. I'm 46 with hypogonadism !!!
