Such a courageous guy. He's done a real public service by being so unflinchingly honest (and graphic) about his journey.

In my own case, at age 67, I'm in the camp of: (1) PDE5 inhibitors such as Cialis are no longer a sure bet, and (2) Tri-Mix, despite the hassles of using it, has been an absolute lifesaver in terms of sex life and sexual confidence (and many thanks to Nelson for his guidance and frankness here). Hopefully I never need to take that final step of getting a penile implant, but good to know it's available.

I'm in my late 60s. I've been using trimix for 4+ years. When I started a dose of 16units(.16cc) produced a 100% erection in 5min massaging penis. Today I need 32 units for the same effect. I alternate sides for injections. My erections last 2 hrs. At 2 hrs I'm at 90% and drops down to slightly bigger than flacid at 4 hrs. If not way down in 4 hrs I go up and down stairs until it's way down.

The same increase happened to a friend who started Trimix about the same time as I did but at a lower dose. He's now up to my dose. I don't know if this happens to everyone. My Urologist didn't think this was unusual. My guess is that the more times you use it per week the more you need to get to 100% over time. I started out at 4x a week. Now I'm at 2-3x a week.

I've been using Trimix for less than a year, and I've found I can actually decrease the dosage over time. I think that's thanks to Trimix getting me over the psychological hurdle of erectile dysfunction. Once my confidence was back, my libido and natural function kicked backed in. (Of course TRT is a big help as well.)

It could be that, over the years, more Trimix is required. But that may be more a function of the Trimix being needed to compensate for an aging mind/body than a tolerance for Trimix building up.

Great informative videos, and Kudos to him for making public his difficult journey. It was much clearer to view an actual man using the pump, traction device, etc, verses an animated video. Have to say, his final results were amazing. His penis looks incredible, erect, with the implant. Hopefully this gives hope to men considering this option.

I am about to start using Triimix for the first time but my urologist has not call me yet because the medication was ordered but it has not been delivered to him. I hope the Trimix works since I have been now for more than twelve months without an erection after my radical prostate surgery for cancer. I have tried Viagra and Cialis without luck. What panics me more is the fact my wife has told me that she does not know if she will still would like to have sex with me if I regain my erections since it has been such a long time. We have been like sister/brother since my surgery. Anybody has had a similar situation after radical prostate surgery? Has Trimix really helped you guys out?

I’d inject trimix a few times and walk around with the bulge in your pants and see what she says. Don’t say anything. Just keep making eye contact and smiling and act like it’s not there. Do something special and Drink wine together. Don’t pressure her. Be patient, deep down she will want it!

also it’s nice to use trimix on your own for the first few times to figure out dosage and to get over the stress of the injection. It turns out it’s no big deal and the more you do it the less stressful it is. Which will lead to a more natural experience when you start to be around her with this new found bulge in your pants.
