Yes that's true. I momentarily forgot about that. Sadly pharma funds a lot of the 3 letter agencies as well. We might have to move to some other country to continue to enjoy the medical freedom that we have been accustomed to. I am very pessimistic about the direction our country has been going. This has been happening under both major political parties. I am not trying to single out any particular party.

The big problem for such a bill is that most peptides are not officially approved drugs and hence are outside of the jurisdiction of FDA, as long as they are not sold with medical claims.

People protest against masks, imagine what can happen if FDA twists the law this way ...

Maybe it’s time to future proof this forum and host it offshore, this new bill might effect it. Proton say “Because we are a Swiss company and store all your data on servers in data centers in Switzerland, ProtonMail is not subject to US laws.“ .. I believe they offer a hosting service for more than just email.

If the bill went through, then via the use of a VPN … all would be viewable as normal.
