I feel pretty good. 6 months ago i never thought i would fee as i do now. Granted i have not lost any weight but clothing fit looser and dropped about 4inches in waist. An roughly gained a 1inch in muscle mass in arms and shoulders.

Thanks

Nelson. THanks.

I'm taking 5000iu aday now. and the pharm. said possibly adding a double does of 5000iu/10,000 on Mon-Wens-Fri and doing the 5000iu in between those would bring the D Numbers up.

The best way to know what the right dose of vitamin D3 is to test it after a week weeks of supplementation.

Vitamin D is responsible for bone health and has some other emerging data that shows that it may have some immune benefits.

Well all labs looked good as everyone said.

But the Dr flipped and said they will not treat me if i'm over 600-700 well after talking with my GP said he has training in this line and would be happy to look at everything an see if he wants to take on another TRT patient.

If not I can say i'm more the willing to Let Jasen At Defy an his team take over treatment.

Vitamin D is a fat soluble and needs to be taken with the proper food. It’s best taken with the largest meal of the day. One of most common mistake with this supplement is that it is taken in the morning without food or the wrong food. You can 20,000 IU’s of the best and most expensive supplement and it’s not going to do much unless it’s taken properly. If you’re not going to take it with the proper food then it’s best to take it in emulsified form.
