Just started TRT 4 weeks ago. Very ignorant but learning quickly!
I am 250 lbs little fat around the waist. had gallbladder surgery 4 months ago. (larpo)
Anyways i have had no issues ever till after surgery and my free T Hit 7.7 with my DHEA-S hit 69. Thyroid is perfect.

Started on 200mg TS @ .7ml 1x/wk, and DHEA at 100-Prog 400

2 weeks into the game my BP spiked and i gained 8 lbs in a few days and had severe migraines. Still have residual neck tension as of this post. week ago iwas in ER with severe migraine and vertigo!!
I stopped DHEA a week ago and this week had labs run. Free T is 29 pg/ml and DHEA is 57.4 ug.dl and E2 is 61.5 pg/dl 2 days after injection.

Also I am taking 1/2 of a 100mg DHEA & 400 Prog. A day to raise my DHEA and such.
I am also taking 60mg Zinc and 100 mg of mag a day. with 5000iu of D3.
I eat clean and healthy no junk. I walk/run 2-3 miles daily.

Thoughts gents, neck tension from high E2? or is that a concern. BTW not much in the bedroom dept and this is very concerning.
I think i am in adrenal fatigue. Testing this coming week.

Welcome to Excelmale. When listing lab values it always helps if you post your lab's reference ranges. Where you fall on the scale, relative to your particular lab, is important. What makes you think estradiol is the cause of your "neck tension"? And why do you believe you are dating with adrenal fatigue. What were your labs prior to the start of your protocol?

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
