Any idea if this is a good protocol and what levels might end up being?

I was also doing 10ui of HCG Mon -Fri, but have decided to go with 40ui on Sunday and Wednesday

It might work. It might not. There's no way your questions can be answered without more information. First of all, where does your SHBG sit, and what are your current free and total testosterone levels? How old are you? What caused you to seek treatment for hypogonadism? We're glad you joined us, and with a bit more information the discussion will be focused and productive.

38 years old
SHBG has always been in the 40s. Free T has always been on the lower and sometimes under range. Total T always floated anywhere from 379 to 689 (over the last several years)

Something that i haven't understood is how injection frequency effects SHBG.

It's often the other way around - SHBG helps to determine injection frequency. Typically, those with lower SHBG will do better on a more frequent injection schedule.

However, I would add that injection frequency CAN also affect SHBG in that larger, less frequent doses can have a lowering effect on SHBG.

My reasoning for eod was to try and maintain more stable levels, but it sounds like if I have high shbg, then I'm just "running in circles ", correct?

Completely unnecessary, like a dog chasing his own tail.

Overthinking things has a way of coming back to bite you.

I agree with Vince Carter with that level of shbg just inject every three and a half days. Why waste the time and syringes if you don't have to.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
