3 Month Bloodwork - Prolactin Really High -Cause for concern?

So quick intro, have been seeing Defy for quite some time now, I am 32, so last year we tried clomid restart but only got my T levels in the low 300s, so right now i am on:

70 test cyp every 3.5 days
350iu HCG 3x a week
.125 Anastrozole/DIM pills on injection days

So anyway i did my 3 month check up and here are some of the numbers

Testosterone 1137 [range 348 -1197]
Free Testosterone 45.8 HIGH [range 8.7 - 25.1]
DHEA 280.7 [range 138.5 - 475.20]
Prolactin 26.5 HIGH [range 4.0 - 15.2]
Estradiol (Sensitive) 25.8 [range 8.0 - 35.0]
SHBG 12.3 LOW [range 16.5 - 55.9]

So the SHBG doesn't bother me, i've alway been low. I think the Free Test & Total Test are kinda high, the one that confuses me is Prolactin...I have no sexual problems....so is this a cause for concern?

My numbers in Nov 2016 were as such (taken from another doctor, not defy)

Testosterone 868 [range 348 -1197]
Free Testosterone 41.3 HIGH [range 8.7 - 25.1]
SHBG 16.3 LOW [range 16.5 - 55.9]

Last numbers from Defy in Sept 2016 [during clomid re-start] - Prolactin not tested

Testosterone 367 [range 348 -1197]
Free Testosterone 24.3 [range 8.7 - 25.1]
Estradiol (Sensitive) 26.1 [range 8.0 - 35.0]
SHBG 16.5 [range 16.5 - 55.9]

July 2016 Bloodwork (Initial with Defy) - was with prior TRT doctor at 1 shot 200 test cyp 1x a week, nothing else. [Prolactin/SHBG not tested]

Testosterone 559 [range 348 -1197]
Free Testosterone 23.9 [range 8.7 - 25.1]
DHEA 329.50 [range 138.5 - 475.20]
Estradiol (Sensitive) 44.6 HIGH [range 8.0 - 35.0]
Progesterone 0.8 [range 0.2 - 1.4]

The only time Prolactin was checked was over a year ago in Feb 2016 when i went to my urologist who had no clue how TRT works, but back than it was 13.5 [range 4.0 - 15.2], and this was before any TRT, so I guess my baseline was around there 13.5.

So just wondering if I should be concerned or not. I have my next appt with Dr Saya at the end of March.

You're Prolactin levels are slightly elevated but not alarming considering you are not symptomatic.

Did you have sex recently at the time of your pull? If so, this would cause it to elevate...among other things.

I wouldn't be so concerned as there is always and constantly variability in hormone serum levels.

Wait for your consult with Dr. Saya...but relax, it's not that concerning to be honest given you past blood work.
