I have an appointment set up to go back now.
Even if I got that portion of it fixed would it affect me needing TRT one way or another?

Sleep apnea can cause ED and not only your hormones but your neurotransmitters as well. This alone would cause major issues, before addressing anything i'd start with getting your sleep in line.

Quite possibly, fragmented sleep will effect the adrenals, thyroid etc. Some men don't even need trt if their adrenals and thyroid are treated. Fix your sleep and work on your diet, as well as get follow up testing to see how your body responds.
