Articles of this sort are enormously frustrating. Boasting "...30 vitamins and minerals, including vitamins B, C, and D, folic acid, green tea extract, cod liver oil..." Tells us absolutely nothing.

The actual, published research, without the journalistic hyperbole is below. I would think we're a long way from human trials.
