    Knee replacement surgurey

I am having knee replacement surgery in July any thoughts on how to build the muscles around the knee. I guess Iím asking if some well-placed injections will help. Iím very limited in what I can do to build knee muscles. Time has just taking itís toll on the muscles around my knees and Iíve got to build them up. I am on TRT regiment now SubQ Abdomen biweekly, T levels 700 after 2 months of use. I have never used T before so I am ignorant and how to use it best.

The men that I know that had knee replacement surgery, start therapy pretty much after the surgery. They have to break down the scar tissue and continue to exercise their knee for the rest of their life. At least that's what they tell me.

I am not a medical practitioner. Any suggestions I provide are not medical recommendations and are just my opinions. Please consult with your physician on any matters concerning your health.
