Raping Americans? A bit dramatic, aren't we? Especially since Big Pharma didn't make us obese, we did.
I get a monthly supply of Mounjaro for $40, same with Ozempic if I wanted it. While buying drugs overseas shouldn't be illegal, the flipside to your argument is that Big Pharma needs to be...
You feel full after eating only a few bites. If you want to eat your entire meal, you'll have to slow down. My uneducated guess is that it's the GIP part of the tirzepatide because I didn't notice this with semaglutide.
Hello gentlemen, here's an update to my n=1 experience with semaglutide, and now tirzepatide.
Quick fact: I'm the stereotypical yo-yo dieter. I'm 6'1" and for the last 20 years, my weight has ranged between 210-250 lbs. However, now that I'm in my 50s, my weight has been closer to 250 lbs...
Great thread all. I started taking Ozempic at .25mg a few months back and it did absolutely nothing for me. I upped it to .5mg a month later and that also did nothing. It wasn't until I dosed 1mg per week that I started noticing the hunger blunting capabilities of semaglutide, but it was still...
I use examine.com almost exclusively to research supplements.
I use labdoor.com (free site) and consumerlab.com (paid site) to research the efficacy/safety/purity of various supplements from various suppliers. By the way, certain brands seems to always be at the top of the list, ex. Life...
This study is making the rounds in bodybuilding circles. Not sure why. As a complete layperson, I see big problems with it. And perhaps this is my impulsive thinking coming out, LOL, but I cannot take a study like this seriously, that:
1. Tested participant's T levels using a saliva test
2...
Hallandale Pharmacy is horrible. They are either incompetent or liars (or both). Let me explain.
I am a patient with Defy, and Dr. Saya prescribed me Pregnenolone troches and sent the prescription to Hallandale to compound. Within a few days I received my prescription. I took these as directed...
I have not taken T3, but also have high Reverse T3 (27). From my understanding, it's best to check and treat adrenals first before taking thyroid medication. Not to mention, your Free T3 is not that bad. Have you had a 4x salivary cortisol test done?
Anyone else seeing this? It's been happening to me for the last 2 weeks on several different computers on Chrome and IE. If I clear the browser cache, it will go back to the old design but eventually look like what you see below. Happens whether I am logged in or not.
Sorry to hear your experiment is not working out. This was my experience with Prop too, crazy paraesthesia that only got worse and it made sleep nearly impossible. The prop I used was underground. Tried 2 different experiments with 2 different brands, 175mg per week and 105mg per week...
Thanks for the reply. Looks like I got some reading to do.
Dr. Saya prescribed low dose Pregnenolone, as well as an adrenal supplement, to get the adrenals functioning better. From there, I may also take T3 depending on what the next set of labs suggest.
Hi folks,
Been on TRT and with Defy since Thanksgiving 2016. Primary goal was to solve fatigue problem, with libido being a secondary goal.
Unfortunately, I haven't really gained a lot of ground. Energy during the morning and day is below average, with it dropping off significantly in the...
Good luck and please update us.
Subjectively, when I was using Prop (50mg EOD, injections at night), my brain fog and fatigue lifted almost immediately (I am a lower SHBG guy, usually between 20-32). I have not felt anything close to it on daily Cyp (18mg daily).
I stopped Prop because I ran...
2 years ago I was doing self-directed TRT and injecting 25mgs EOD of test prop into my delts. It sucked, and the pain got only slightly more tolerable over time.
Is it OK to mix L-Arginine powder with L-Citrulline powder in the same container? If so, any suggestions on what to mix them with to defuse the disgusting taste?
Thanks for the intel. Looking at the Red Cross website, they only mention deferrals for low hemoglobin, so I should be OK.
Curious how often you give blood with numbers like that? Do you get therapeutic phlebotomies or take supplements to get your blood in range?
