Excelmale.com home page and forum not displaying correctly

Anyone else seeing this? It's been happening to me for the last 2 weeks on several different computers on Chrome and IE. If I clear the browser cache, it will go back to the old design but eventually look like what you see below. Happens whether I am logged in or not.

It looks like the CSS is missing, or something is up with vBulletin.

Just go all the way down to the bottom of the page and click on full site.

Oh, that worked, and that's what CW meant by full site. Still not sure why it would default to that.

It's happened to me a few times, when I'm on my phone, I always have on click on full site.

There are two versions: mobile and full site.

yea thats the mobile side. If you go to the bottom of the screen and click Desktop version it will go to the correct one. I had this happen too.
