good information guys, much appreciated! i do take the refrigerated probiotics, not cheap but they seem to work. now i'll go do more research on the product you suggestions. thanks again!
recently I've experienced very bad bloating and gut pain issues, it was mostly due to two courses of anti biotic medication 3 weeks apart. got me some pro biotic supplement and it seems to help, but the feeling of discomfort and bloating is still there, especially after meals, not as severe but...
Over the counter, but just got a bottle of jigsaw magnesium, so far it's making pvc's worse, maybe it's the b12 they have in it, but over the counter cheap one works better! It's magnesium malate, slow release.
Thanks Nelson! I don't know if its placebo effect but this magnesium supplementation is doing wonders for me. I been fighting muscle and joint pain for so many years and so many doctors, testing, pain killers, etc... and now with less than two weeks into magnesium I am feeling a huge relief...
thanks for the replies guys, so far the magnesium is doing the trick! I been having way less PVC's and the racing heart beat has not occurred so far. back to my regular workout routines, so far so good. will keep you posted.

Hey guys, just to share with you. I spent Christmas and Friday in
hospital due to a racing heart beat. Not sure what it was, doctors ran
all kind of testing cad scans, mri's, blood work, etc... And couldn't
find anything. I ate quite a bit as expected you know, Christmas
dinner, cookies...
and he's treating you?! that's scary! your LH and FSH will shut down within two weeks of TRT, no way around it. now go tell your doc to go back to school ;)
you're welcome! everything is going good so far. conclusion is, if you suffer from shoulder pain or any pain, don't wait, find a good doc and take care of it. its worth it!
okay, went to my first PT and after examination by the therapist said its normal. feeling whole lot better today after some stretching and exercises by the therapist, so far so good! the doc estimated 2-4 weeks for me to heal, but the therapist estimated 8-10 weeks. according to the way I...
this afternoon is my first therapy session, but few days ago as I was doing some stretches at home I heard a pop, more like a rip or multiple pops at ones. my doc said since there was no repair made I could stretch as far as I can tolerating pain, he said not to worry I won't damage anything...
thank you Chris. funny you mentioned bike! I was in my garage wiping some dust off:)
thank you guys! and Nelson, doc has not mentioned anything about PT, but I am sure he will on my follow-up visit Monday. will keep you posted.
reporting back (typing with left hand only).
all went well, they found small tear but not enough to repair, minor bone spurs and minor arthritis, they clean it up. the biggest thing was the acromion bone pushing hard against my tendon and that's what was giving me pain. surgery was yesterday...
as Gene noted, your doc doesn't understand! hematocrit is easy to manage, you simply donate as needed, it will lower RBC, Hemoglobin and Hematocrit! most of us donate on a regular basis, its part of TRT and your doc should know this.
I don't think you can get your testis back after ten years of atrophy, but taking hCG will definitely help with allot of your other issues. has your doc tried increasing your dose?
I was at 240 lbs, started doing morning cardio 1 hours walks for about 8 months, lost about 40 pounds but with strict diet, low carbs, low fats, high protein, also spending one hour resistant training everyday on top of cardio. it ain't that simple unless you starve yourself and cause more harm...
thanks Tom, Chris, Nelson, Gene and Mocha! I really appreciate the support.
Yes Nelson its outpatient surgery, I'll go home the same day, assuming he won't find torn tendons.
LOL Gene, its going to suck big time, however I'll have more time to chime in :)
just wanted to share this with you, after 2 years of agenizing pain i'll be doing right shoulder surgery in 4-6 weeks from now, nothing torn, just bone spurs digging into the tendons, lots of pain. doc said simple surgery, 3 holes, go in and grind spurs off. according to the doc if he doesn't...
good for you! remember recovery for this kind of workout will take few days, so when you go to the gym next time you may not perform as good, nut in time as you get stronger you'll do better and better. when is your next follow up BW? post it here and make sure you include free test as well.
