So in your case you inject 0.6 mL per injection. So draw up 0.53 mL. Pull back on the plunger after removing it from the vial to clear the 18g needle and the hub. You should now have 0.6mL in your syringe. Pull back on the plunger until you have 0.10mL of air in the syringe. Remove the 18g...
You are going to have what is called dead space using this type of system unless you purchase a low dead space syringe or use insulin needles. While the syringe does account for the dead space, and you are receiving your correct dose, as you have seen there is about .10mL being wasted. Even if...
1. For this it will depend on your body composition. I would always go all the way in with the needle either way. If your thin, you can pinch up some adipose and inject at a 45 degree angle. If you aren't thin, just go in at a 90 degree angle. None of this requires geometrical precision, so...
Yes. Testosterone can raise BP via several mechanisms, but so can being sick, especially if you have an infection or a fever. I would let yourself get well, and then begin checking it regularly.
I would contact your Dr., and explain to him what happened. See what they say. Also, be careful with the type of syringes and needles you are using. Make sure they don't have a lot of dead space. One of the reasons why a lot of guys including myself use insulin syringes is because the needle...
The only thing I might consider is holding off on the AI until your next set of labs to see if you really need it. Certainly not necessary, just a suggestion. You're in good hands with Defy.
Just schedule a yearly wellness physical with your PCP, and request the records. If you have already had it this year, just request the records and send them to Defy. No need tell them why or anything like that. Everyone needs at least a yearly physical. Like people have said, it doesn't...
What was your trough T level when injecting once per week?
With you lower SHBG, it is wise to switch to smaller, more frequent injections. But really, if you felt better injecting once per week, then switch back and see if you continue to feel better than twice per week. A good subjective...
I like Allegro Medical. I use the following product.

I am a patient of Defy Medical. I would highly recommend them. Like you, I have a high deductible, so I pay 100% out of pocket for my TRT. Defy is very cost effective and gives top notch care.
I might also add that Defy Medical has a wonderful program for men who are generally overall happy with their doctor and current regimen, but have a hard time getting ancillary medications from him/her, e.g. hCG, anastrozole, etc. You might check them out if you do want hCG, and your doctor...
The SHBG will fall due to testosterone replacement. I don't think the very small amount of hCG used is going to do much to raise it any. Notice in the study below, people were taking 6000U of monotherapy hCG a week and, while the SHGB did go up in the "normal men" group, they were not taking...
I just wanted to post a quick review about how pleased I was with my consult with Nurse Jill at Defy Medical. I know a lot of guys can be nervous about discussing issues with someone of the opposite sex, but she is very knowledgeable, and you can tell she really cares of about men's health...
From my experience, they have a list of drugs, and they ask you if you are taking any of them or have within a certain time frame. I have never seen Testosterone on the list. So you don't tell them what they don't need to know.
Typically, all you need to do is donate. What is your hematocrit by the way? There have been instances where someone's number is so high and dangerous, it is legitimate to pull back on someone's T dose or stop it all together for a while as one single donation can only bring you down so far.
Wow. I just went to their website. Apparently they have a cookie cutter regimen that they give all their patients, i.e. 200mg T once per week, 50 units hCG twice per week, and "1-3mL of an Estrogen Blocker" per week. Also, they charge $195 per month. Absolutely ridiculous! I can vouch for...
If a foreign pharmacy doesn't require a Rx, then they are not a legitimate pharmacy. If you order from Canada, and are wanting drugs from a legitimate pharmacy, make sure the pharmacy is listed on the CIPA website. I do not believe you are allowed to fill prescriptions for controlled...
To add onto Vince's suggestion, I also store the vial upside down when I see that it is close to the end. Doing this will allow any film of oil on the bottom and sides of the vial to settle at the stopper the next time I draw from it. You'll be surprised how much oil will settle from a...
I've heard so many horror stories concerning that class of drugs that I personally wouldn't consider it myself. Have you tried topicals like ketoconazole shampoo and Rogaine? I have used prescribed 2% ketoconazole shampoo and Rogaine, and those have seemed to help with thinning.
You can also...
No problem. I order the following online. They are cheap and have little dead space, so you have very little medicine loss.

Just wanted to let everyone who reads this know that it works great. It is much more reliable than the Indian made tadalafil that I have used. Would definitely recommend spending the extra few bucks.
I received my tadalafil from Canada Pharmacy Online today. It is made by Mylan in Canada. I only paid $155 for 88 10mg pills. I was getting tired of the inconsistency of Indian products, so I thought I'd give it a try. They are a legit pharmacy, so they do require a prescription. I'll let you...
I received an email back from Blue Sky Peptide stating that they will no longer be carrying Tadalafil. Are RUI Products and Extreme Peptide still reliable sources?
NOTE: Please no preaching about the safety, etc. of research chemicals. Not trying to be rude, but I understand the pros and...
If your estradiol is that low with a 933 total T without taking an AI, what in the world was it before starting TRT?
You should wait about a month before testing again after adding the hCG.
Try it, and see if you get any irritation from being so shallow. Maybe inject a smaller amount at first. If not, I would think you should be good to go.
Have you asked Walgreens to order the 10mL for the reason that it is cheaper using the GoodRX coupon for a 10mL vial than it is for a 1mL? I did that once at my Walgreens a long time ago when I was using my PCP for TRT, and they ordered me a 10mL vial.
