if trt causes dhea to be low on labs (i.e. pre trt in the mid 100's, on trt - in the 80s), would supplementing dhea with trt, improve dhea levels and fatigue?

Recently added Sermorelin . It's only been a few days but seem to be sleeping a lot better which translates to better energy and moods the following day. Does this effect wear off or get better over time? Has anyone switched from just trt to Sermorelin only?
