I don't have an issue with defy at all. I mentioned above I'm going back to them in February after I can get a physical. I only put seen in quotes because you don't actually see them in tele-medicine.
160mg of test cyp. Once weekly and I often take .25mg of anastrozole but I'm almost out.
I've been on TRT for 2 years but had to stop while I moved to Western Washington from July to September. I was on 80mg test cyp., 500ui HCG, and .25mg Anastrozole two times weekly subq. I've always had a problem with compliance and would often only inject once a week. Until I moved I was being...
Hmm I told my doctor Sensitive. Dang it. I inject once a week as I was forgetting too often. On a once a week testosterone. I also think 970 is pretty high.
I had recent blood work done and below are the results. Energy wise I feel good but morning erections come and go and so does my sex drive. Most days I don't wake up with a morning erection and most days I'm not horny.

I got a Rx for Trimix today and I believe the needle is 30g - 1/2 inch. I thought about it afterwards, isn't a 1/2 needle too long? I don't want to inject it into my urethra. ;) she must think I'm "girthy".
Talked with the Endo's Nurse today. She is lowering my Rx to .20 ml 2x week (80mg/week), scheduling an MRI of my head and putting me on Vitamin D.
Thanks,
Ken
Thanks Tom. I added those ranges. I was unsure on Estradiol, LH, and FSH. The values seem out of the standard range but it wasn't marked as low on my providers website like the Vitamin D, Prolactin, and FSH is.
Update after visit with Endo
I thought I would give everyone an update and ask for thoughts. I apologize in advance for the ramble. I went to the Endo and having read my chart dialog with my GP, she knew what I was looking for and flat out told me that when it comes to TRT she plays it pretty...
If I understand you correctly, Gene tests the morning of his needed injection whether that is Monday or Thursday but that because we inject twice a week the usual trough won't be severe.

When I was injecting once a week I would test on the morning of my next needed injection. Do I do the same now that I'm injecting twice a week subq?
Thanks,
Ken
Has anyone taken Pygeum while you are on TRT? I am considering it for mostly vain reasons. I don't have an enlarged prostate but I've read some data that Pygeum increases the amount of prostate fluids and therefore ejaculate. I've noticed a decrease since starting TRT. Sorry for the TMI.
I do...
Watched some videos on here about subcutaneous testosterone injections and thought I would give it a try. My biggest issue is the area around the injection site is pink, irritated, sore and under the skin I can feel a nodule. Not sure if i'm just not doing it correctly or what. Below is my...
I got a vertical sleeve. I am taking a bariatric vitamin, but not as much as they recommend. I take 1 a day and they recommend 2 in the morning and 1 at night.
I'm still waiting to hear whether the Endo I have an appt with next month has any specialized training in TRT. I have looked through...
I posted a note on my medical record asking if the Endo has been trained specifically for TRT. My guess is I will have to go to Seattle (4 hour drive) to see a TRT trained specialist.
Went to a urologist today. He referred me to an endocrinologist saying that my case is more complex then what they deal with (older guys with low T due to advanced age.) He didn't leave me without a parting gift. A crotch and prostate exam. Thanks! I have an endo appt end of January.

Thank you Gene for taking the time to respond to my post. Currently I'm injecting using a 21g 1-1/2" needle. Do you recommend this for the 2X a week routine? I've seen some buzz around using insulin type needles? Do you know if there is an post or article regarding the advantages/disadvantages...
