Yes what Empower told me was that the state of California had not inspected the facility yet and would not allow for prescriptions to be sent to there until they did. I did not hear that about any other state.

I never use more than once a week. This vial came mixed which I was not happy about. Its impossible to know how long since it had been reconstituted or how conscientiously it was handled. It did come in a box with cold packs.

The first time I used it I tried the overnight effect and took it before bed. The effects were so powerful that it made sleep very difficult.
