Thanks a lot. My reverse T3 is 13 on a scale of 10-24.
I’ve had my thyroid labs taken probably 4 times in the last 4 months. They Have been very consistent lately and even the same as years gone by.
T4 is always bottom of range. T3 is always like at 33% and TSH is right now at 1.83...
Right. This is probably gonna be non estrodial related but just want to make sure because I’m out of everything except chronic fatigue syndrome it appears, can’t beat or fix that.
I’m just getting worse as time goes on. Missing a lot of work now. Life is gone. Never leave the house.
Hi Anton. I don’t know. It just says something about male range. It’s probably standard. A couple months ago on a standard test I was at 42 on a scale of 8-43. Same dose of t also. My total T was 777 and free t was 25.6 on a scale of 5-15.6 or something like that.
Im waiting for...
Thanks a lot Vince. I vaguely checked out your thread. Will look into more of it and research. This is the kind of stuff I need for hope.
Thanks again.
Thank you.
Don’t have numbers on me but pretty much can explain. TSH is about 2.00. T4 is bottom of range like .7 where .7 is bottom. T3 is bottom 1/3. Reverse T3 is low and so are antibodies. Close to hypothyroidism but I always have been and was always healthy.
And yes, my symptoms...
Thanks guys. Maybe thats my issue.
My total t is only decent but my free T is above range. Haven’t got SHGB results yet. They used to be about 22 on a 10-61 scale. Maybe my free E is very high then. I’m probably going to have to get that checked.
How bad can you actually feel on...
Well it says it’s a male test.
Just been really sick for along time with unbelievable fatigue, soreness, weakness, brain fog and etc...
We can’t figure out what’s wrong after so many things ruled out and nothings really left other than Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Don’t want that cuz there’s no...
My symptoms of fatigue, weakness, depression, ed, blurry vision sometimes, difficulties walking etc.. have been undiagnosed for a year now.
Have had so many blood tests.
Only thing left really is E2 and Free E2 as the cause I believe on the endocrine side.
My total t was 777(250-940)...
your shgb aren't very high so that's could be why your FT is high. Also because of shgb your free E2 is probably high and are could be your symptoms. You may have to drop your dose to like 60 every 5 days. with your high free t you could be good there.
i'm kind of going thru the same...
i'd like to see his shgb and E2 numbers. could explain a lot. maybe it'll take time to feel better on lower dose or maybe he needs to lower further.
numbers would help.
yeah, numbers would be good.
Did you have symptoms with higher dose? E2 or anything? You must have otherwise you probably wouldn't have lowered your dose.
thanks guys. this is really making sense and more than likely what's going on with me feeling so bad. learning a lot. really appreciate it?
is it ok to have moderate total testosterone and high free testosterone as long as you have the right protocol? sounds like and it makes sense that...
Ok. I do have major E2 symptoms though. Maybe that’s what you meant.
So my SHGB is 22 and my estrodial is 42. You might be on to something. Does that mean I have a lot of “free” estrodial?
bad fatigue, ed , depressed, weak, etc...

These are my testosterone results on day 3 of 5 day protocol. Free T looks strong but not so sure...
Right. Last time it was 22. I guess low SHGB might require smaller doses and more frequent injections. That would maybe be better for elevated estrodial.
I think my total t was like 422 and free t was 13.5 on a scale of 5-15.6.
Actually just got standard estrodial tests. I don’t know if this includes men and woman but it’s high either way. I’m at 42 pg/mL on a scale 8 - 43 pg/mL.
I’ve had many symptoms of high estrogen. Could this be the reason?
My t dose is only 80mg every 5 days. Haven’t talked to endo yet but...
I'm having blood work Thursday. Just wondering because I've had a rough year. Symptom wise I feel it's estradiol related. If you've been on trt for 7 years you're probably not making your own T anymore.
If you have elevated estradiol it has to come from the injected T that is converted to...
.. good HRT MD's just have to look at your symptoms and labs to pronounce you with HPTA dysfunction. And why you have some form of HPTA dysfunction is anyones guess.
I just read this again, This really makes sense. I got nowhere with endo but she had to know there is HPTA dysfunction...
Thank you. I’m not that smart but it what’s the problem in trying something safe and my numbers and symptoms indicate hypothyroidism.
I did make an appointment with a specialist that someone off of medhelp.com brought to my attention.
I’m going for hypothyroid diagnosis and maybe and...
I don’t have Cushings.
Endo wants to send me back to GP with whom I’ve gotten nowhere with.
I suggested to my endo since my TSH is rising(1.4 to 3.02 since feeling terrible)and T4 is below range and T3 is barely in range that I should try a round of hypothyroid treatments . I told her my...
She’s looking for a tumor. I had a MRI 6 years ago and there was something there but I felt good so there was no worry.
Now I don’t feel good.
I was also wondering though that if your TSH doesn’t rise very high with low T4 and T3, that could be a pituitary issue right?
I am having Pituitary MRI on Thursday.
My 24 hour urine actually came up high. Had it confused with dexamethasone urine test. Also endo said my cortisol should have been lower after dexamethasone blood test.
Also, What does TSH of 3.02 and lower than range T4 and low T3 indicate...
Confused and worried so far.
Serum am blood was above range
24 hour urine was below range.
Haven’t gotten 11 pm saliva test back yet.
Dexamethasone test worked as normal. It greatly lowered am cortisol. Not sure if that effects both pituitary and adrenal.
If things aren’t apparent...
Endo thinks I have Cushings. I now have to do saliva and urine tests. I'm not sure how that is done yet. She said something about 11pm saliva and 1 am saliva. Supposed to take dexamethasone some how with that. I'm gonna have to call and get better instructions cuz I don't want to screw...
yes, I see the endo on Thursday. talked to them today about this after I got results.
I've been thinking this is a possblilty even though very rare.
the symptoms line up more with this than anything else. also, from how I feel, I really don't think cortisol levels go down at all during...
