Do you have any test results from when you were younger as a reference? I don't ever remember getting my levels tested when I was younger. I suppose its possible that I used to have levels at the top end of the normal range and now that I am right in the middle I can feel the difference.

You confirmed what I was thinking. I just wanted to get some feedback because I've seen posts from people who say they don't feel their best unless they are right at the high end of the normal range.

Sexual performance and libido are slightly weaker than when I was in my twenties, but the difference is not nearly as significant as the difference in energy levels, strength, mood, and memory. Are you you thinking this could be related to high cortisol and low thyroid?

I have done chiropractic and deep tissue massage. I have never done formal physical therapy, but I do stretches and exercises suggested by the chiro and massage therapist.
