Front lower leg cramps

Recently i lowered my AI dose and ever since then whenever i walk abit to fast, i get these cramps in the front of my lower legs. The muscle involved is tibialis anterior, the front of the calves. These muscles start cramping so bad i literally have to pause and rest to even continue walking...
