How old are you? You may have been taking too large a dose of Selegiline. Also, for younger guys you may only need to take it 2-3 times a week.

That is true, that's why I asked. The main benefit of semaglutide is the decrease in appetite. Once you bump the dose, it will increase that effect. It begins to wane after 5-6 days until your next injection. Happy to hear it's working for you with little discomfort.
