you don't start taking Pregn based on Dhea levels, you start a trial of Pregn based on Progesterone and/or Pregnenolone levels. IF your Dhea-s is low, you need DHEA.

@Vince is the free T measured with Ultrafiltration at Labcorp? I started using that assay for more accurate result, I find the upper limit a bit too low, unless the FT of healthy young males measured with Ultrafiltration shows a top of 22ng/dl?

I think so, any delivery method that puts straight Prog in circulating blood in a slower release I would think mimics the natural production the most. If there was a oral Prog in a lipid matrix so that can skip the first pass in the liver, and that it is slow released it would be great too...

I would get those tests done as well. You need to know where you are at with these hormones as well. If you have low progesterone and you bring that up, you may improve your anxiety.
