    When I first started TRT I donated blood every 8 weeks. I did that for 2 years and never gave it a second thought after 2 years. My HCT stabilized and I never donated again. I wonder if we worry about our levels more than we need to?

    I know the percent is pretty low, thankfully I use cypionate. It may be a small percent, I'll have somewhat higher e2 level. I never felt anything from my estrogen levels, higher levels may be helpful.

    I wonder if the men who had high testosterone levels. For years had low testosterone which caused them to have bone mineral density issues. If they would went on TRT at a younger age. Hopefully they never would had have any bone density issues.

    Haha well, thank you for your response. I definitely agree. We all need to work on our VO2 max and lift weights. We wouldn't have to play around with our T levels so much and inject crazy protocols. I hope your workouts are good.

    Yes, exactly. Higher doses did not work for you. And there are others who get anxiety from TRT. Most thrive on higher levels. Work on your VO2 max and your weight training. The benefits are great.

    Treating the thyroid can be a tough process. Most people I know feel no different. I do use thyroid meds to help lower my LDL particle numbers. I use 90 mg of thyroid armor in the morning and 6.25MCG of t3 morning and afternoon.
